We have had a lot of people in and around our house doing work for over 15 years and it is hard to find folks who have it all: personable, respectful, show up when they say, don't leave nails/debris around the yard, take pride in what they are doing, respect our privacy, and do a great job (all for a fair price). The Harvey replacement windows look great (even washed them before they left), work great (showed us how to operate them for opening and cleaning), and lots of attention was given to make the trim for each window and to ensure that everything fit right and looked great. We found this company by asking neighbors on the Franklin Facebook page to give us leads for window companies and R. F. Arthur Home Improvement led in a number of votes so we gave them a try; thank you neighbors! No, I'm not related to anyone in this company. I'm the guy first to complain, nicely, if I feel someone is not doing me right but also the guy to shout the loudest when someone or some company, exceeds my expectations.
